By centralizing all incoming Property & Casualty (P&C) business through a dedicated team, we aim to provide uniform, consistent, and rapid communication and service to our network partners and their clients.
The VID will handle all communications and reporting to our Lockton Global Partners. We work together and coordinate with our Benelux office teams, who continue to service the clients locally.
This centralized approach will allow us to set priorities, monitor progress on outstanding requests, and intervene when necessary to ensure timely delivery of services.

The VID is managed by Sara Brants who is with Vanbreda for more than 20 years.
The daily follow up and coordination is done by Hilde Polfliet and Emily Kay. Hilde has over 26 years of experience in the international team of Vanbreda in Belgium. Emily Kay joined Vanbreda in the Netherlands last year and brings valuable experience from her previous role as an account manager at Lockton.
