Sustainable approach = sustainable impact

Diversity, equality and inclusion are integral to all HR processes and our business operations – from recruitment and promotion through to training and reintegration. We are determined to have a positive impact in multiple areas. We have a DE&I Advisory Committee to make recommendations to the management committee and to ensure that DE&I is embedded in our organisation. This committee consists of engaged colleagues from different departments. They serve as antennae, monitoring how things are really going for everyone.

The DG&I Advisory Committee is divided into internal working groups that work to address identified needs in the areas of policy, training, communication and expectations towards clients.
